I am realy sorry to say this , do not get me wrong i love Persians , i am arab and i feel some Persians have issue with the west in the sense that they have to justify to them everything they do and to be sorry for what I don’t really know what is it , and this is obvious from a lot of comments here this lady came to your country. Had this problem with my bike. No need to remove anything. Turn the handlebars to the right and just reach down. It is there on the left side of the cowling. Very easy fix.

I’ve had a Gen2 650 for 9 years now, bought as an ex dealer demo bike. In 2018 I rode it two up over 60,000kms around the world, with some bad roads in Canada and India to cope with. Still have it today and rode it around Scotland and Portugal in 2023.

You might want to look into adding relays for the HL’s. That’s the real problem with these (and many other) bikes. Also, fwiw, when it fails again, you can get to that connector without taking off the tank. But you prob realized that just like I did…😊.

Hey, I came here from your post at adventurism and wanted to ask you how the strom handled in terms of skidding and sliding on gravel roads considering the ABS can't be switched off. I got the same model last year and wanted to test out mild skidding and turning on gravel/sand roads but being a beginner I'm a little hesitant to doing it only with TC off. Thank you!
